2 - Status Confirmation
You will then receive a confirmation letter from us after your submission is sent. If it got a favorable response, you will receive the next steps right away.
3 - Acceptance Letter
You will then receive an acceptance letter from your us noting down the team you will be assigned to and the tasks. You will need to confirm by accepting or declining our internship proposal.
4 - Welcome Call
Once the proposal is accepted, you will be invited to our 30-minute welcome call, to get you geared up for your upcoming work immersion.
5 - Company Orientation
Our HR will then send an email inviting you to the task orientation of the team you will be a part of. Then you're good to go!

How do I apply?To apply, please fill out our application form here.

How many hours will I work?The hours you will work will depend on the internship program you chose. We will mutually agree on the hours that you work daily, working around your school schedule for other subjects that you may be enrolled in for the semester.

How much will I earn?Technically, we do not pay for trainees, but we are open to long-term engagement that's paid if you meet our minimum standard of work after your internship. We have actually invested ₱1,000.00 per intern on MasterClass partnership. All the advanced and technical trainings are provided for free. Please bear in mind that our local and international company partners have exhausted their internal members and managers to train and manage you, so the companies are shouldering some costs for your internship

What can I do afterward?The Interns Hub will issue you the certificate of completion of your practicum. You are welcome to check on our partners’ recruitment boards for job postings that you may qualify for after your internship experience with us.

What qualifications and/or experience do I need?You don't need any experience to apply for an internship/practicum. You only need to be a student enrolled in a college program that requires an apprenticeship.

What tasks are available in your company?We have partnered with several international companies registered in Portugal, Singapore, and Hong Kong. The tasks for our interns range from Marketing, Office Administration, IT, Data Entry, Research, Outreach, Backend, and Customer Service tasks. The tasks assigned will be mainly based on the internship program chosen, and the student’s course and year level.

What will my internship hours/weekly schedule be?Your internship will feature flexible hours tailored to foster both productivity and work-life balance. While each team's schedule might vary, our core working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a rejuvenating hour-long lunch break to recharge your batteries. This structure is designed to blend seamlessly with your lifestyle, allowing you to make the most of your internship experience.

Will I be expected to work overtime?At The Interns Hub, we champion the importance of work-life balance and ensure it's a reality for our team. Therefore, we do not expect or allow overtime. We believe your best work is done when you're well-rested and your personal time is respected. This approach ensures you remain energized and passionate about your contributions.

Is this an on-site internship?This is a full virtual internship. Though we have a few company partners in Cebu that will make a hybrid internship possible, all our internship programs are designed for online work immersion.

How do I process my offboarding when I'm about to finish my internship?Our interns will automatically receive an email from our HR on their last week. In this email, the evaluation request and certificate request forms are given for filling out.

And that means we want them to have a smooth experience from their college graduation to their first-ever real professional experience. With this, we have created a post-internship community where we leave tips and dos & don'ts for interns to guide them through their professional careers. In this community, we also provide job opportunities regularly from our company partners.

Do you offer any post-internship help?Yes, we do! After graduation, our interns receive an invitation to join our post-internship community. We have launched the Interns Hub Alumni Facebook group. This group is exclusively for our alumni, and we encourage you to join the group to stay updated with the latest workshops or webinars, job-related information, and tips. It is a great platform to connect with fellow alumni and interact with others.
