1. About The Interns Hub

The Interns Hub is a non-profit organization registered in the Philippines. Our mission is to connect Filipino students with meaningful internship opportunities, career resources, and professional development through events, courses, and an online platform.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our platform (such as courses and dashboards), you may need to create an account. When you do, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Event Registration

Our events, including the Interns Summit, are free of charge. When you register for an event, you agree to:

Provide accurate registration information
Attend in good faith if you commit to in-person attendance, as we reserve limited spots
Accept that event schedules, speakers, and venues may change without prior notice
Allow us to use event photos and videos for promotional purposes (you may opt out by contacting us)

We reserve the right to cancel or modify events and to refuse or revoke registration at our discretion.

4. Courses and Content

We provide free educational courses on our platform. By accessing our courses, you agree to:

Use course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Not copy, redistribute, or republish course content without our written permission
Not share your account credentials to give others access to paid or restricted content

All course content, including text, videos, and images, is owned by The Interns Hub or our content partners and is protected by Philippine intellectual property laws.

5. User Conduct

When using our platform, you agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Upload or share content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without our permission

6. Job Listings and Applications

We may display internship and job opportunities from third-party companies. Please note:

We do not guarantee the accuracy of job listings or the legitimacy of employers
We are not a party to any employment relationship between you and an employer
We do not guarantee that applying for a position will result in an interview or offer
You are responsible for verifying the details of any opportunity before applying

7. Email Communications

By creating an account or registering for an event, you may receive transactional emails (confirmations, updates, password resets). If you opt in to marketing communications, you may also receive emails about upcoming events, courses, and opportunities. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform — including our name, logo, website design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of The Interns Hub and is protected by Philippine intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Interns Hub is a non-profit organization and our services are provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law:

Our platform and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
We are not responsible for the actions of third-party employers, sponsors, or partners
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (which is zero for free services)

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
