From Our Founder

I started The Interns Hub because I saw too many talented Filipino students being overlooked — not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked access.

Growing up in Cebu, I watched brilliant classmates struggle to find meaningful internships while companies complained they couldn't find good talent. The disconnect was clear: it wasn't a talent problem, it was an access problem.

In 2024, I quit my corporate job and poured my savings into organizing the first Interns Summit. We had no budget for a venue, no sponsors, and no guarantee anyone would show up. But 200 students came. Companies came. Connections were made. Lives were changed.

Two years later, we've grown to 500+ attendees, partnered with companies like Accenture and Globe Telecom, and helped hundreds of students land their first internships. And we've done it all while keeping everything 100% free for students.

Yes. The Interns Hub is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and recognized by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) as a non-profit organization in the Philippines. We can provide our registration documents upon request.

We consider in-kind contributions on a case-by-case basis. This can include software licenses, platform access for students, food and beverage, printing services, merchandise, or media coverage. We'll work with you to determine appropriate tier placement and branding benefits based on the value of your contribution.

1,000+ attendees between the in-person event and livestream, with a focus on Cebu but supporting students from across the Philippines. These are college students and recent graduates from 20+ partner universities, primarily studying business, IT, engineering, communications, and related fields — motivated, engaged, and forming their first professional brand preferences.

This depends on your sponsorship tier. Gold sponsors get logo placement on our website, event signage, social media mentions, booth space, and a permanent SEO backlink from our Thank You page (never taken offline). Premier sponsors get all of that plus exclusive naming rights, keynote speaking slot, premium booth placement, and logo on all materials. We provide a detailed branding placement guide upon commitment.

Yes. We issue official receipts for all financial contributions. Sponsorship of a registered non-profit may qualify as a tax-deductible CSR expense under Philippine tax law. We recommend consulting your finance team or tax advisor for specifics applicable to your organization.

All Gold and Premier sponsors receive a post-event impact report including attendance figures, demographics, photo documentation of brand placements, social media reach and engagement metrics, and attendee feedback data. Premier sponsors receive an expanded report with individual brand impression estimates.

Every peso goes directly to event production: venue rental, equipment, student materials, catering, logistics, and marketing. As a non-profit, we operate with zero profit motive. We publish a financial transparency summary after each event.
